"To me knowledge does not have any inherent value. There has always been this debate about the fact of knowledge and the value of knowledge.
I'm with the belief that, like you have mentioned, knowledge on its own is not a catalyst of the world, but it is in how we live. And in these times, I cannot emphasize the 'we' in that statement.
Even though we can have large numbers of specialists who have dedicated themselves to medicine and science, many of us can invalidate knowledge based on our whims.
I came back to my highschool to see whether things has changed for the better; it hasn't. Even though I went straight to university out of high school, it took me three years to actually understand that I needed knowledge of myself.
From that experience, I believe that there is in fact no knowledge that is value free. This picture was how the value of my education at a high school felt like viscerally: learning according to what others had set out for you and not finding any support within your peers. But somehow, It felt as if I was playing the role of the isolator rather than the isolated.

Knowledge is like an iceberg. At the surface level are the hard facts or the data. Whilst it's possible to memorize the facts, a deeper and invisible level of understanding lays beneath the surface.
Knowledge can be gained through studying but true understanding can only come from lived experience.
I graduated high school six years ago with a mountain of knowledge and ready to enter the academic sphere, yet I had no understanding of the world around me.
Having been so busy studying for 12 years, I missed out on learning. Studying leads to knowledge, learning leads to understanding.
Learning and ultimately a deep understanding can only be achieved through exposure and interaction with the world.
When knowledge is applied practically we get a closer to understanding.
For the image I went to a local library and browsed the art section for manuals and technical sketches that highlight the process of creation or a practical involvement with the material.
