knowledge
"I know that I know nothing" said Socrates (469-399 b.c.)
while Francis Bacon (1561- 1626) stated that "Knowledge is power".
Where would we have been with this pandemic without knowledge and science?
Or are we just being hounded by an oversupply of numbers and scientific data?
Is there such a thing as 'knowing too much'? And is 'knowing' as much as 'understanding'?
Or do we understand less when we know more?
